On Jan. 22, Westfield Toastmasters held its International Speech Contest. After the ballots were counted, Walter Wolfe, immediate past district governor, awarded first place to Charles Nzeyimna and second place to Mark Fornefeld. Nzeyimna will be representing Westfield Toastmasters at Area 84 International and Evaluation Speech Contests on March 2. This contest will be at Hamilton East Public Library Noblesville branch, 1 Library Plaza, at 10 a.m. and is open to the public.
