The City of Noblesville has announced that official trick-or-treat hours this Halloween will be 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 31. The Noblesville Police Dept. will have extra patrols out that evening to provide additional security. Motorists are asked to use extra care while driving that night.
