Carmel City Center is pleased to announce that Century 21 Rasmussen will be opening an office in Carmel City Center in mid-October. It will occupy more than 2,000 square feet in a storefront along Rangeline Road.

Century 21 Rasmussen is relocating from its previous location in the “Little White House” at 116th and Meridian Streets where they have been located since Larry Rasmussen purchased the Century 21 office in 1981. The state purchased the house in preparation for the US-31 improvements.
“Although we had over 30 great years at the ‘Little White House,’ we’re excited to open our new office in the heart of Carmel, the community in which we built our business,” said Larry Rasmussen. “We’re looking forward to having the unique shops and restaurants in Carmel City Center as our neighbors.”
In addition to locating its offices in Carmel City Center, Century 21 Rasmussen will be the listing agent for the Penthouses at Carmel City Center, which offer homeowners the opportunity to have a custom-built home located on one of the top two floors of Carmel’s most prestigious address.
