Whooping cough case prompts letter from CCS

Carmel Clay Schools has distributed a letter to parents alerting them that a case of pertussis – also known as whooping cough – has been identified in the school district. The letter, written by Director of Student Services Steve Dillon, also encourages parents to keep their children out of school if they have “any of the signs and symptoms of pertussis.” Click here to read the letter.
