The Town of Zionsville invested more than $7 million in developing Creekside Corporate Park, yet after five years of sites being on the market, only two of the 15 parcels are occupied. There is no rational reason why Creekside Corporate Park has maintained 12 vacant sites throughout the largest economic growth period central Indiana has experienced in decades. It appears this asset is suffering from a lack of engaged leadership and overall failure to manage this property. Let’s see a follow-up story explaining why this corporate park is mostly empty.
