The Town of Zionsville invested more than $7 million in developing Creekside Corporate Park, yet after five years of sites being on the market, only two of the 15 parcels are occupied. There is no rational reason why Creekside Corporate Park has maintained 12 vacant sites throughout the largest economic growth period central Indiana has experienced in decades.
