If there is one thing David Decker knows about, it is how to help his customers with their home projects, which is one reason why he founded Home Artisans, a group of specialists that are experts in helping homeowners.
“This was an organization that I started four years ago,” he said. “Over the 11 years or running The Affordable Companies there has been a constant need with clients, friends and acquaintances for referrals to different businesses within the construction industry. So I decided to form a group of approved and trusted artisans that I would be comfortable referring to the people I care about.”
Decker said that this special “artisans” group is invitation-only.
“We currently have 25 members,” he said. “We meet twice a month to share things like best practices, referrals or get educated through our vast array of quality speakers. Our speakers have ranged from [mayor Jim]Brainard to technology experts.”
Decker said that of the artisans, many of the people of Carmel have worked with at least one member in the past if not multiple.
“We provide an array of other services and products that are trusted and true to the same core beliefs and code of ethics,” he said. “The stamp of The Home Artisans of Indiana simply means the good people of Carmel all across central Indiana don’t have to worry about finding reputable companies that stand behind their work.”
The Home Artisans of Indiana offers Carmel and Greater Indianapolis residents one place to find high-quality products and services for their home. To become a member, a company must have a proven track record of customer-oriented service, dependability and value.
Decker said that when someone hires a Home Artisans of Indiana Member to assist with a home renovation, they are getting a true professional.
“We know from experience that at their core, homeowners want someone they can trust in their home. The creativity, technical precision and fantastic service are all important and necessary, but are all built on a foundation of trust,” Decker said. “More than anything, that’s what the Home Artisans bring to Carmel homeowners.”
