Carmel Schools Superintendent Nicholas Wahl, Jill Zanicker and I had the frightening job of judging the Ghosts and Goblins 5K & Wellness Fair Costume Contest.
Absolutely terrifying.
Masks off to the seamstresses, gluers, assemblers and duct-tapers who showed up en masse to help make the day fun for all.
The true winner in all of this was the Carmel Education Foundation, where all proceeds from the day will go. Rather than more words, some of the great characters who were in attendance are part of my mini-photo album.
Congratulations to the record-breaking 2,300 educationally concerned Carmel citizens who showed up and made it a great day.
