After 10 years in Avon, Tootsie Nails has relocated to Whitestown and officially opened its doors on Nov. 28. It offers manicures, pedicures, wax services along with a deluxe spa pedicure where clients can choose among dozens of scents such as lavender, lemon or green tea. Owner Don Nguyen said that the building renovation required “a lot of time and work,” but with the new space they are closer to friends. With a staff of four, Tootsie Nails is open daily.
