Spencer Farm Winery officially opened last month, and the family owners cut the ribbon on the new venture Nov. 8 with Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear and other city staff in attendance. Spencer Farm has operated for years at 7015 E. 161st St. in an 1800s farmhouse. Founded by Kyle and Lori Spencer as a you-pick berry farm, the winery is the brainchild of their son, Mark Spencer.
