The Carmel Clay Public Library on Jan. 6 opened the Joyce Winner West Branch at 12770 Horseferry Rd. in the Village of WestClay. The branch was named after Carmel resident and longtime CCPL Foundation Guild member Joyce Winner, who died in 2019. (Photos by Ann Marie Shambaugh)
