Mike G’s take: After a series of visits, I must confess that this is one of my favorite brunch places in the area. Rize is special because it has a menu with traditional items with its own twist. Starters include fresh-baked pastries like pop tarts and giant cinnamon rolls made in-house. Fresh options include breakfast bowls with fruit, green salads, avocado toast and more. Brunch offerings range from traditional eggs Benedict to waffles and my favorite, the Miller Farm Chicken Hash.
The favorite beverages on the menu are light and refreshing sparkling H2O drinks with fresh pressed juice. The strawberry and mint flavor is one of the popular choices. Rize also has fresh-squeezed orange and apple juice, smoothies, mimosas, coffee and other specialty drinks.

- Cinnamon Roll, $5 – The best $5 you’ll spend on something sweet for breakfast. Huge piece of brioche drizzled with a delicious orange glaze.
- Farmhouse Waffle, $11 – What’s better for breakfast than waffles and bacon? These waffles are prepared with maple whip, brown butter and bacon crumble. If you like, you can add fruit.
- Miller Farm Chicken Hash, $13 – If you are ready for flavor, this combination of tomato-fennel gravy, crispy potato, beech mushroom, fennel, basil pesto and sunny-herbed duck egg is for you.
