One of Conner Prairie’s most popular events, Headless Horseman, returns this year with a storyline, new characters and audience participation, yet the occasion still has all the traditional elements of years past. A hayride through the haunted grounds while watching for the Headless Horseman and his swinging sword, “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow,” marionette show and animated film, a costume fashion show, face painting, flying monkeys, rhythm fun with Bill Bailey, crafts and mystic tent.
