The Town of Whitestown began construction Sept. 11 on Main Street Park at the intersection of Indigo Blue Drive and Main Street in Whitestown, near the Walker Homes and Harvest Park developments. The 11-acre park will cost nearly $5 million and will feature basketball and tennis courts, a splash pad and other amenities. The park is scheduled to open spring 2019.
