ATI stages Hawaiian luau fundraiser

An End of Summer Hawaiian Luau fundraiser to benefit Actors Theatre of Indiana is set for 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 29 at Danny Boy Beer Works, 12702 Meeting House Rd., Carmel.

Cost is $50 per person, which includes two free drinks. Music will be provided by Dwight Lightning and the Conch City All-Stars, who play hits from the 1960s to today. Hawaiian shirts and flip-flops are welcome.

The next fundraiser for the Carmel-based ATI is the Fall Barn Bash set for Oct. 18.

Carmel-based ATI will open the 2018-19 season with “A Comedy of Tenors” Sept. 7 to 30 at The Studio Theater in Carmel, followed by “It’s a  Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play”  Nov. 16 to Dec. 14; “Ruthless The Musical” Jan. 25 to Feb. 17 and an updated version of “Forbidden Broadway” April 26 to May 19.
