On April 28, Kroger Pharmacy and Cardinal Health will partner to put on a drug take-back event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Kroger locations across the region. The event allows for residents to dispose of unused or expired medications in a safe, anonymous and convenient way.

Local law enforcement officers will be present to assist residents in disposing of the medications. Kroger pharmacy associates and, in some locations, Cardinal Health employees will offer educational resources on prescription drug misuse.
