For the first time in its 30-year history, the CarmelFest parade will be streamed live.

CBS4 will stream live coverage of the parade on its Indy Facebook page from the newly-relocated parade review stand on east Carmel Drive at Flanner and Buchanan. The live stream will begin at 10:30 a.m. July 4. The station will also provide a link to the broadcast that will allow people to watch the parade later.

“We are very excited to have CBS4 covering the CarmelFest parade this year,” said James Bednarski, chairman of CarmelFest. “This will finally facilitate grandma and grandpa in other geographies being able to watch the grandkids participate in the Fourth of July parade.”

The CarmelFest parade is presented by Centier Bank.
