Local Living Carmel, a new brand centered around supporting locally owned businesses in Carmel, has launched its new coupon books for sale.

The $5 books include coupons from local businesses such as Mudbugs Cajun Cafe, Classic Cakes,  Donatello’s Italian Restaurant and more.

Local Living Carmel held a ribbon cutting on March 28 at The Paint Cellar, which is one of the companies featured in the book. The books are available for sale at SoHo Cafe & Gallery, Kindred, Mudbugs Cajun Cafe and The Urban Chalkboard.

Courtney Miller founded the Web site, podcast and Facebook page as a hobby and it turned into a business. While she wants to make money on this project, she said she’s mostly interested in helping support local businesses that she loves.
