Joseph L. Goins, 35, Noblesville, died March 1. He was born Dec. 30, 1981. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Linda and Jeff Harber, of Noblesville, his father and stepmom John and Carol Wells, of Russell Springs, Ky. children, Ethan and Alivia Goins of Noblesville, sisters Jenny (Kevin) Milliner of Indianapolis and Annie (Brandon Johnson) Goins of Noblesville, brothers Jacob and Chris Wells of Russell Springs, Ky., and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Joey was preceded in death by his brother Jeffrey L. Harber.
A funeral service will be held at noon March 7 at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W Moore Chapel.
