On Oct. 28, local celebrities participated in the Empty Bowls project at Washington Woods Elementary School. Participants painted bowls which will be auctioned off 6:30 to 8 p.m. Nov. 17 at Washington Woods Elementary School. Final bids will be placed Nov. 22 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Oak Trace Elementary School. Funds raised will benefit Open Doors of Washington Township.
