Contractors for the Indiana Dept. of Transportation are continuing a $3.4 million contract to preserve pavement on two sections of Ind. 37 in Hamilton, Madison and Grant Counties.
E & B Paving is currently grinding the existing surface of Ind. 37 north of 146th Street to Allisonville Road in Noblesville during overnight hours and is on schedule to finish this week.
Weather permitting, crews will seal pavement cracks and joints next week before starting approximately two weeks of paving operations on traffic lanes and approaches.
Motorists should expect various lane restrictions in the area between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. All work on the project is expected to be complete in July.
