Snapshot: Westfield Parks and Rec gives away 500 trees

On April 23, 500 tree seedlings of five different species were given away at Asa Bales Park. The species included bur oak, Norway spruce, flowering dogwood, Ohio buckeye and river birch. Those who waited in line held up a banner that celebrated Westfield’s ninth year as a tree city. (Photos by Anna Skinner)
