Police looking for missing Hamilton Co. man Charles L. Burgan

The Hamilton Co. Sheriff’s Office has reported that Charles L. Burgan, 72, has been found, safe and unharmed.

The Hamilton Co. Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance locating a missing man.

Family members reported Charles L. Burgan, 72, missing this morning, April 18, after he failed to return the previous evening. According to the family, Burgan left Sunday afternoon, April 17, from the area of Ind. 37 and 206th Street to run errands but did not return home as expected.

Burgan is described as a white male, approximately 5’8” tall, weighing 145 to 160 pounds, with gray hair, blue eyes and a goatee.

Burgan was last seen in or around Shirley, Ind. in Hancock Co. driving a blue, 1998 BWM convertible bearing Indiana license plate WCQ973.
