The February Noblesville Chamber of Commerce Membership Luncheon on Feb. 24 drew a crowd to Harbour Trees Golf Club, despite the rainy weather, for monthly networking of its members and to see special guest speaker Donald Davidson, historian of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
