Fishers Parks and Recreation hosted the first ever Frost Fest at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater on Dec. 4. Residents were invited to the free event sponsored by the Fishers Do-It Cent and Allisonville Nursery. The event featured live entertainment, a petting zoo, ice sculptures, games, activities and more.
