Snapshot: Artisans’ Fare helps kick off holiday shopping

CIZ COM 1201 Artisans Fare 1

Barbara Vawter of Zionsville attended the museum’s preview party Nov. 20 but was eager to return the following day to make additional purchases at Abbott’s Candy with owner and candy maker Jay Noel.

Pottery, wooden spoons, jams, salsas, coffee, handmade cocktail napkins, trivets and many other handmade creations were part of the sixth annual Artisans’ Fare at the SullivanMunce Cultural Center. Nearly 400 people were able to begin their holiday shopping from 14 edible artisans and 10 visual artisans on Nov. 21. Ticket sales and a portion of artisans’ sales will benefit the SullivanMunce Cultural Center. (Photos by Heather Lusk)
