It rained and poured but the weather did not stop ‘”Where’s Amy?” or the Geist Lake Experience. Bella Vita held the GLX standing room only fashion show that benefitted the local ABA. GLX Founder Michael Mercho’s vision was to create an entire weekend of fun that would empower the community of Geist, promote local businesses and support a good cause. “Where’s Amy?” had the opportunity to meet some of Geist’s top leaders that are making a difference in the community. I loved meeting community award winner Terry Tiernon and his wonderful family. Tiernon said his wife, WTHR-TV’s Anne Marie was ‘On Air’ that night but was there in spirit. Residents from Geist, Fishers, Carmel and Noblesville gathered to see the hottest fashion trends from Terri Blaising Designs and the hip Delaney’s Shoppes. The weekend ended with a huge party by boat complete with DJ’s and music from Radio Now 100.9.
