A 2013 ZCHS graduate and avid soccer player, Rachael Fiege’s first week of college was also her last when she died in 2013 from an undetected traumatic brain injury after falling down a flight of stairs at her first college party. Her mother, Angi Fiege, helped develop the Rachael’s First Week program to educate high school seniors about the dangers of alcohol, drugs and sexual assault. Rachael’s First Week also helped coordinate the inaugural Indiana Memorial Cup on May 29-31 in Westfield. The Indiana Memorial Cup was established to honor Indiana youth soccer players and youth referees that lost their lives too soon.  (Submitted photos)
