Last weekend, the Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation Dept. hosted the bike race Tour de Carmel. According to marketing director for the department Lindsay Labas, the event was well attended. “We had over 900 participants out celebrating our 10th anniversary of the event,” Labas said.
