The Carmel Street Dept. has done a very good job during our very bad weather conditions. The street I live on has always been passable. Last week a snowplow hit my mailbox and knocked it down. I phoned the Street Dept, within hours it was back up. How can I say, “Thank you.” We have all heard the horror stories about the Indianapolis Street Dept.
