The westbound lanes of 103rd Street will be closed between Illinois Street and U.S. 31 as of Feb. 19 for installation of a water main.
This is an INDOT project related to the U.S. 31 improvements.
The closure is expected to be in place until Feb. 21, weather permitting. Detour routes are posted.
