Certified Massage Therapist Jody Turner and Machelle Lindman, local electrologist, will conduct a two-hour free seminar with demonstration from 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 11 at 23 S. Eighth St., Noblesville.
Turner will conduct a free informative session on effective exercises to help manage neck and back pain, demonstrate inexpensive but effective modalities, and offer suggestions on ergonomic solutions. Lindman will conduct a free informative session on the differences in laser and electrolysis and what is considered the most permanent solution to hair removal.
