The Depot to break ground

Downtown Fishers will break ground on “The Depot at Nickel Plate” at 10 a.m. on Oct. 10. Located at 8594 E. 116th St., the $42 million residential and retail project will have 16,000 feet of retail space, house 220 apartments and offer 380 parking spaces. The Town of Fishers chose Flaherty & Collins Properties to develop the land.
