BACKGROUND:  Community Health Network, in partnership with Nashville, Tennessee-based Centerre Healthcare, will build a $23 million state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospital, set to open in the second quarter of 2013.  The 63,000 square-foot facility will offer some of the most innovative treatments for neurological conditions and brain injuries in Indiana.  The hospital will be dedicated to patients requiring rehabilitation following a stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or similar medical conditions.

Community and Centerre Healthcare officials will be on hand, in addition to a patient who had a brain tumor, underwent surgery, and then had extensive outpatient rehabilitation.  He is successful in the business world today and will share his story.
