The Zionsville Police Dept. announced the hiring of two new officers Dec. 14. ZPD Chief Michael Spears and Zionsville Mayor Emily Styron held a swearing-in ceremony for the department’s newest officers, Tyler Decosse and Mitchell Steichen.
