Carmel man found dead after fire at Kentucky hunting club

A Carmel man and a dog died last week after a fire at a private hunting club in Kentucky.

According to Kentucky news reports, Robert L. Delaby, 50, and his dog were found dead Dec. 17 after firefighters responded at 5:30 a.m. to a report of a fire involving a small structure at Gumz Hunting Club near Henderson, Ky.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation by Kentucky’s State Fire Marshall’s Office.
