1 bottle Tito’s Vodka

Half of a seedless cucumber

Four bottles of ginger beer

A few mint sprigs

6 oz. fresh lime juice

1 lime for garnish


Muddle and shake 2 to 3 slices of cucumber, 2 to 3 leaves of mint, 2 oz. vodka and 1 to 2 oz. of lime juice with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a new glass with fresh ice and top with 2 to 4 oz. ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber slice and lime wheel. Makes 8 to 10 oz. servings.
