Snapshot: Controller recognized with award

City Controller Jeffrey Spalding, left, receives the 2019 Stake in the Ground Award from 2019 Council President Brian Ayer on behalf of the Noblesville Common Council during its Jan. 14 meeting.  The Stake in the Ground Award recognizes city employees, typically at the director level, who go above and beyond their job to be the best city employee and have a significant impact in serving constituents.
