Three juveniles from Westfield have been charged with vandalizing the Carmel Christkindlmarkt on Dec. 8, 2019.
With the public’s help, Carmel Police Dept. detectives quickly identified the three suspects. Per policy, CPD does not routinely release identifying information in matters relating to juveniles.
After a full investigation, the three suspects face charges including criminal mischief and theft.
