Running from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Purgatory Golf Club, 12160 E. 216th St., Noblesville, the event serves as the chamber’s largest fundraiser, boasting local craft beer and business-to-business networking for chamber members.

“What is unique about the chamber’s golf outing is the exposure each of our hole host businesses receive through fun interactions with our golfers,” said Bob DuBois, CEO and president of the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce. “At each tee our golfers are greeted by a sponsoring host who will offer a brief activity, game, taste of craft beer, and share a bit about their business. It is all done speedily. After the fun and slightly competitive round of golf each golfer and the more than 50 sponsors are treated to a buffet presented by Tucanos Brazilian Grill. Purgatory PGA golf professional Jon Stutz will recognize and award top teams and individuals. A boxed lunch, golfer’s gift and craft beer tastings every three holes complete the day.

Bryan Glover, a chamber board member and owner of Mr. G’s Liquor, is organizing and arranging on-course tastings.

“Brewers and vendors appear on every third hole,” DuBois said. “Although this year’s craft brewers are being kept as a surprise, previous years’ craft brewers have included Four Day Ray, SunKing, Barley Island, Deer Creek, Bier, Centerpoint, Flat12 and others.”

Individual golfers are $150, and foursomes are $600. Both include 18 holes of golf with a cart, on-course beer samplings, lunch and a 19th hole reception.

The Birdie Package includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, on-course beer samplings, lunch, a 19th hole reception, on-course marketing displays, inclusion of a business’ logo on promotional event materials and more.

First- and second-place prizes will be given and can be redeemed at the Purgatory Golf Shop.

Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m. for a shotgun start at noon. Registration is required prior to the event at noblesvillechamber.com.
