The Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis will conduct its annual luxury home tour starting in September in the Pemberton neighborhood of Zionsville.
Home-A-Rama will take place in Zionsville for the first time in several years and will showcase five move-in-ready, custom Pemberton homes located 3 minutes from downtown Zionsville and 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis.
This year’s builders include Executive Homes, Gradison Design Build, Viewegh and Assoc., Wedgewood Building Co. and Whicker Construction.
The homes on display have varied architectural designs and range from 5,166 to 6,144 square feet; contain between four and seven bedrooms; project warm wood tones; and have layers of texture with ample functional living space.
“The show really does a great job of providing an insider look for customers of what all is available to them in the new housing industry. Whether you’re looking to build a custom home or get ideas for some remodeling or decorating, there is really something for everyone,” BAGI Director of Communications and Special Events Kristen Krempp said.
The tours are scheduled for Sept. 19-20, Sept. 26-29 and Oct. 3-6.

All five homes are for sale. The builders have designed other houses for sale in the neighborhood similar to the homes that will be showcased during the tour. Krempp said there is an opportunity for customers to contact the builders through BAGI’s website to make their own individual home-building requests should they want a similar home built elsewhere.
