Ingredients:
1.5 oz. bourbon
.75 oz. matcha simple syrup
.5 oz. lemon juice
Lemonade
Mint sprigs
Lemon wheel
Thyme sprig
Directions:
Shake ingredients with mint sprigs and ice, double-strain over fresh ice and top with lemonade, lemon wheel and a thyme sprig.
