Hamilton County 4-H Fair Queen Emma Higginbotham was crowned July 12 before the start of the 2019 Hamilton County 4-H Fair, which ran July 18 to July 22. Higginbotham is an Arcadia native and a member of the Sheridan Ag 4-H Club.
