Snapshot: Fishers resident celebrates 107 years

On May 22, local centenarian Reynold “Rennie” Frutkin celebrated his 107th birthday with family and friends at Allisonville Meadows in Fishers. Frutkin spent most of his years alongside his favorite dancing partner and wife, Anabel, until her death in 2011. A native of  Cleveland, Rennie worked a variety of jobs at companies like Magic Chef kitchen equipment, in aircraft parts at Republic Aviation during World War II and was executive vice president at Curtis Noll.
