Courtyard by Marriott General Manager Patrick Durbin cuts the ribbon April 24 to celebrate renovations at the hotel at 37 W. 103rd St. Updates include new furniture, carpet and wall coverings throughout the hotel.

The renovated lobby lounge features a café with a full bar and new seating areas with individual television screens.
