I had the pleasure of being in attendance at both of the plan commission public hearings regarding the Sycamore Flats project. I submitted a letter of support to the plan commission and I plan to submit a letter of support to the town council. I would like to thank the plan commission for allowing the process that encouraged public comment both for and against. The developer made some significant improvements between the meetings that will make for a better community. I also would like to thank the plan commission for its courage to look to the future, recognize the opportunity that may not come again and make the decision for all of Zionsville in its recommendation to the council to approve the project.
