1 oz. Lazzaroni Amaretto

1 oz. Backbone bourbon

.75 oz. fresh lemon juice

.5 oz. simple syrup

1 egg white


Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify. Add ice, shake and serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon and cherry.
