A two-story office building is proposed in west Carmel to complete the Coastal Corporate Center development.
Carmel-based DB Klain Construction will present plans for Onyx Office Suites at the Nov. 20 Carmel Plan Commission meeting. The 31,808-square-foot office building is proposed at 10439 Commerce Drive, just west of a strip center containing Marshall’s and Best Buy along Michigan Road. The proposed building is planned to be 30 feet tall and include 132 parking spaces.
The Coastal Corporate Center contains four buildings already constructed to the north of this site. The Ashebrooke residential subdivision is to the east and south of the proposed building.
