Friends and fans of the Heartland Film Festival attended the VIP & SIPS Announcement Party Sept. 26 at Daniel’s Vineyard in McCordsville. The Heartland International Film Festival runs October 11 to 21 with films screening at AMC Castleton Square 14, AMC Showplace Traders Point 12 and Newfields at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Daniel’s Vineyard owner Kim Cook and crew rolled out the red carpet as guests wined and dined with the vineyard’s best wine selections. Film favorites included opening night’s “Mr.Soul,” the spotlight screening of “What They Had” and the closing night film “Care To Laugh.” A celebration party followed the final film.
