Owner Shane Hartke said he isn’t interested in the latest trends but instead carries pieces that can become family heirlooms.

Hartke travels extensively to bring design-driven, quality, handmade pieces from around the world to people’s homes. Recently, he traveled to Abu Dhabi and will travel to Moscow later this year.

New arrivals include Julie Vos Jewelry and Mariposa. Additional lines include MacKenzie-Childs, Michael Aram, Ralph Lauren, Match Pewter, Jan Barboglio, Uno de 50 Jewelry and Mary Jurek Designs.

The new site will feature an Uno De 50 Jewelry in-store display that will be shipped from Madrid with custom cabinets to showcase the jewelry line from Spain.

Addendum is set to move into the new space by the beginning of September.

“It’s everything we’ve offered for the last 15 years since we’ve opened in Carmel, and it’s more of what you’ve come to know us for and more unique items that you can’t find anywhere else in the state presented in a warmer, more residential atmosphere,” Hartke said.

Hartke said his philosophy is to buy what he’d like in his own home. He said there is a story and a person behind each piece.

Wallis, a King Charles Cavalier spaniel, will still be the store’s official greeter.
